Rob DeLuca shares prophetic challenges for Church in UK to awake, following numerous alleged resurrections -July 2008
SECTION ONE: INTRODUCTION
Hundreds found themselves powerfully 'slain in the Holy Spirit’ at open church meetings in Salisbury and Bath in July 2008.
The phenomenon accompanied alleged prophecies for the Church in Britain (Section 2) which coincided with the anglican bishops' Lambeth Conference.
The preacher involved -Pastor Rob DeLuca (Ref 1) from 'His Way' Church in Auckland, New Zealand, declared that he had travelled with 'fiery hot coals' from the so-called 'Florida Healing Outpouring' in Lakeland, which had begun three months earlier, and became a global phenomenon due to satellite television and the internet.
The noted 'Third Wave' prophet foretold a worldwide outpouring, starting in Florida (Ref 2), three weeks before an outbreak of healings in the state on April 2 2008.
Pastor DeLuca joined the platform ministry team at the 'Outpouring' for around the first ninety days. He subsequently instructed Todd Bentley of Fresh Fire Ministries to step down from fronting the revival, following further prophetic revelation about the revivalist's personal life.
DeLuca's messages for Church streams in the UK include exhortations to raise faith expectations and rediscover the power of the Holy Spirit, expect dramatic answers to prayer on a continual basis, and to equip and empower flocks to be effective witnesses within their towns and cities.

SECTION TWO: ALLEGED PROPHECIES FOR SALISBURY, BATH & UK
Delivered by Rob DeLuca at Elim Church, Salisbury, on Friday 18.7.08:
Prophetic word: The UK, US, Australia and New Zealand will be particularly impacted by this Revival. The Fire of the Holy Spirit will consume London. The Fire will burn brightly in towns across the UK. A ring of fire will sweep through the churches around the M25.
Prophetic picture: Summons to raise faith expectations and recruit disciples The King is blowing a horn. He is summoning the Body of Christ to higher ground and greater faith expectation, so that it will be an effective witness for winning back towns and cities. The People are the Revival.
General warnings re disempowerment of grassroots are conveyed about church hierarchical power bases where these dis-empower/lower the expectations of those they are serving; about leadership control issues which result in attempted exclusion/containment of the Holy Spirit, and against a culture of pride and celebrity in the Church. There is an emphasis on Glory being for God alone.

Picture and word: where are harvesters to outwork the Lord's mission plan for Bath? A quill is seen writing in the sky over the city 'I will do what you asked, for your worship has come before me as a beautiful fragrance, and I will answer, as you worshipped me. I will save and heal the people of this city. I will raise up those here this night. Will you speak for me?'
Picture: invitations to healing waters A rugged path ascends along a jagged ridge to the crest of an unjourneyed mountain. People are gathered at the bottom with hands on their hips, wondering whether to build a clear access to the summit. They raise picks and hammers, and a road rises in swirls around the mountain to the crest. A spiritual door opens at the summit. There is a gold light on the other side. A sparkling pool of healing waters can be seen surrounded by this golden light. God's people are handing out invitations. The route becomes smoother as more and more tread the path. They dive into the waters. The diseased are made whole -cancers are cured and blind eyes opened. A leg is seen growing from the thigh. A lady with a scalp condition grows a fresh head of hair.
Covenant rings White birds, of a different form to doves, can be seen with rings in their claws, releasing the rings onto the mountain way. They are to be placed on the wedding fingers as a covenant. They are engraved with the words 'Heaven awaits'.
Lord's eyes weep from the jewels A pair of eyes are visible within the jewels on the rings. These are the eyes of the Lord. Tears are dripping from these eyes. The eyes are speaking. Will you tell them for me? The red jewel symbolises the preciousness of Christ's blood. The gold jewel symbolises the riches of His Kingdom. The Golden Light represents the Glory of the Holy One.
Disciples carry the Lord's authority The rings carry power -the authority of Christ. Visitors are told again 'Heaven awaits'; -you must choose your futures; focus on God's plans or your own. 'Rise up God's People -say yes'. Then you will be entrusted with His authority. Fire can be seen pouring out of the mouths of Christ's witnesses as they proclaim Him in the streets. Signs will appear that have never been seen.
Picture: Four pillars sit fractured on their foundations. The traditional pillars upon which the Church has been built will be restored on firm foundations. Doctrinal teaching, holiness, righteousness of the heart, faith, purity, freedom, miracles, humility, communion, revelation, covenant, baptism, immersion will be restored.
Picture: There will be a new crest reverencing holiness over the territory -England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales. A breastplate is overlapping a shield. The face of a lion adorns the breastplate; crosses are painted on the shield. A sword can be seen passing between the breastplate and the shield. A chain links the heart area of the breastplate with the handle of the sword. Two fierce looking white horses are rearing up on their hind legs.
Pastor DeLuca follows with an interpretation. The shield represents faith; the cross preaching and declaration. The lion symbolises strength, fierceness, fearlessness and courage. The breastplate is His righteousness, linking to the hearts of those who will wear it. The sword of the Spirit will be carried in these hearts. The two white horses are a sign that the fulfilment will come quickly. A new crest is to be established over this territory -of holiness. The priests will cry Holy once again.
The Lord has used the United Kingdom to do great things in the past, and her name will be revered internationally again. The Lord treasures the spirit of the people in Great Britain.
Picture: new generation of revivalist preachers Angels are being despatched from the Throne Room of Heaven with balls of fire. A new crop of nation-changing preachers, in the footsteps of Wesley and Wigglesworth, are being raised up. The Fire impartations will be allocated to the younger generation in particular. They will not mind what people say about them.
Picture: Mistrust between generations The hands of a young man and an older man are separated due to fear of rejection. A curse is being broken over the Land, so that the strength of the young can in future be coupled with the wisdom of the old.
Picture: Christ's nail spikes in front doors across Bath Angels are carrying the nails of the Cross. These are being placed into the front doors of the houses and into trees. Signs hang on the nails saying 'open'. Entire households are ready to be led to Christ. The Lord is looking for ones to carry the nail spikes of the cross and to make disciples.

Following a car crash and arrival at Royal Victoria Hospital, an urgent prayer request was sent to Lakeland by his father, a member of an Elim Pentecostal Church. 5 pastors from the church had been to Lakeland, and sought prayer that the anointing would travel back with them.
