Pleading Mornings
A small group meets weekly for a time of fervent intercession. Yes – we intercede for Farnham – youth work, schools, elderly, councillors, M.P.’s, M.E.P.’s, police, health workers, pastors, prisons, special events, our witness, each other – and for Britain (CARE and Intercessors For Britain feature), for Christ and His Kingdom worldwide.
We meet on Thursdays, 9.30 am – 10.30 am at The Methodist Church, by kind permission.
New and/or occasional members, whether it is after dropping off children, before or after shopping, you are very welcome.

Prayer For schools
I have been organising Prayer for Schools for some time and was very encouraged recently to attend a prayer meeting in a school where two mothers and two staff members meet about twice a term to pray for their school. I know also that staff at another school have began to meet together in one another’s homes to pray for their school.
Next term, the FAST team are organising coffee mornings in various schools to introduce the team to parents, and I am hoping to encourage some parents to come forward to start a prayer group for their children and their school. Please pray for those interested to come forward and start a prayer group to pray specifically for their school as we know that prayer changes things and the Lord is looking for people who are willing to pray.

Bank Holiday Outreach Opportunity :
Is anyone out there interested in helping run a low key outreach venue at Rowledge Fayre on Bank Holiday Monday, 28th May?
I would like to give Jesus a chance to mingle with the crowd, doing what He does best! Current idea would be to seek to bless people, create a space to 'chill', have some prayer/reflection sites and offer prayer if wanted – scope for artwork to enhance the space, but that's definitely not my forte.
I'm not sure if this is God's prompting or just me so I have not booked a place at the Fayre yet, but any feedback/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Contact Hilary Sparks on 712051 or hilary.sparks@virgin.net or FCCT office 714414.
Youth Work opportunity
With Mark moving to Canada and Nick resigning we are looking to see if God might be calling some new people to join the youth team in Farnham. A separate page with a job description is attached, but for us the key question is whether God is in a process of calling some one locally (or even someone from outside Farnham) to give their time and energy to serving Him in this way. Please pray that the way ahead would be made abundantly clear. If this is not for you, might it be an opportunity for someone you know? There are two different roles available - one with some experience needed and the other one is open to anyone.

Prayer in the Castle
Envisioning the People of God
The next prayer meeting will be on Friday 27th April and will be held at the FCCT Offices, 43a Downing Street (Above Robert Dyas), Farnham.
The meeting will start at 8.00pm and finish at 9.30pm.
Hope to see you there!

Rezurgence is a Surrey based extreme sports ministry that operates in the UK, Europe and locally. They are keen to pilot a project within the Farnham community and would like you to help. This
project is called Beacon which utilises one of the events tents as a drop in point at a key location around Farnham - like the train station.
Will from Rezurgence said " we really want to kick this simple but effective project off and are looking for a range of support (from listeners to leaders) to make it happen. Our plan is to use the tent
as a real relationship based resource where people can come into a non threatening environment and verbilise, receive prayer support at unexpected locations like the train station, car park, town centre etc.
Anyone interested should contact info@rezurgence.com for more information.
